  • 2 Days per Week | 8 Sessions per Month | $300

    Ideal for clients building consistency or balancing training with a busy schedule. This package focuses on structured workouts, proper form, and steady progress with coaching support each session.

  • 3 Days per Week | 12 Sessions per Month | $350

    For clients ready to train more frequently and create stronger momentum. Increased weekly sessions allow for better habit-building, progression, and accountability.

  • 4 Days per Week | 16 Sessions per Month | $400

    Designed for those committed to showing up consistently. More training days mean deeper coaching, structured programming, and measurable progress across strength and performance goals.

  • 5 Days per Week | 20 Sessions per Month | $450

    My most immersive coaching experience. High-frequency training allows for detailed programming, consistent feedback, and maximum accountability — ideal for clients who want training fully integrated into their lifestyle.

All packages are fully personalized — intensity, programming, and progression are tailored to each client, regardless of training frequency.

    High-level training built for athletes ready to elevate their strength, power, and performance with programming customized to their sport and skillset.

Customized meal plans are available as an add-on to any 1:1 training package for $50.

Early mornings, shared goals, and built-in accountability create an environment where women support each other, stay consistent, and start the day strong.

These HIIT classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5 AM.

This service includes a personalized meal plan built around your goals, preferences, and lifestyle, designed to support consistency and confidence in your nutrition.

Rate: $150 as a standalone service
or available as a $75 add-on with any 1:1 training package.

Training Policies + Expectations

Hustle and Heart is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and consistent training experience for all clients. To ensure fairness and accountability, the following policies apply:

*Full policies and procedures are reviewed and acknowledged upon enrollment.

    • Training sessions begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals will train for the remaining time only.

    • Consistent cancellations or no-shows may impact a client’s ability to continue training.

    • Holiday schedules and trainer time off are observed and communicated in advance.

    • Payments are due on the scheduled date. Training sessions may be paused until payment is received.

    • All training packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Sessions are not prorated or rolled over for missed time, vacations, or unused sessions.

  • Guests are not permitted during training sessions.
